<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that earlier PP has obtained the CTO under the Air Act,1974 valid upto 30/9/23 for the development of Showrooms @ 145 and Shops @ 7 under the name and style M/s BB Developers, NH-21 Opposite G.B.P Centrum, Village Singhpura, Zirakpur, Derabassi, SAS Nagar </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> RO has reported that the PP has installed one DG set provided with a canopy. The PP is complying with the provision of the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.06.2027 subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions that.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1. The project proponent shall comply with the conditions of the revised environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14/09/2006 obtain from SEIAA, Punjab.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2. The project proponent shall obtain revised environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14/09/2006 obtain from SEIAA, Punjab, w.r.t. the disposal of treated effluent.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4. The project proponent shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5. The project proponent shall adopt a suitable management system for the collection, segregation, treatment, and disposal of solid waste as per the provision of Solid Water Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6. <span lang="EN-IN">The PP shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></span></p>
