<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If may approve CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for production of Individual @3T/Hour, Frozen Product cold storage capacity @3700 MT/Year, Controlled Atmosphere Cold storage @1300 MT/Year, Sorting Grading Packing Facility for Frozen Products, @2T/Hour, Sorting Grading Packing Facility for Fresh Produce @5T/Hour be renewed upto 30.09.2027, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">EE, RO may also be requested to keep vigil in the operation of the processing plant installed by the industry, if the same is found in the operation, then monitor the pollution control device installed by the industry and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
