It is intimated that the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that the brick kiln has not submitted copy of coal register for the period 01.02.2019 to 09.12.2019 duly singed by the CA & brick kiln owner alongwith an undertaking signed by the brick kiln owner & duly authenticated by the CA to the effect that the entries made in the coal register is true and correct for the period w.e.f. 01.02.2019 till the date of issue of completion certificate i.e. 09.12.2019. The Brick kiln has not deposited Environmental Compensation also for the above said period.
Further, the brick kiln has neither submitted stack emission analysis report nor has deposited sampling analysis fee with the Board.
As such, the industry is requested to attend the above observations within 2 days.
