The application of the service station has been scrutinized and you are requested to clarify as below within two days: -
1. Further, the industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 15.57 Lacs to Rs. 327.03 Lacs. You are requested to provide year wise complete detail of increase in its fixed assets.
2. The industry has not deposited adequate consent fee and penalty fee.
3. The industry is also required to submit building plans approved under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952, if there is any change in the building. |
