<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Earlier, the application submitted by the project proponent scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not filled complete application form i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION (GENERAL) serial no. 5 i.e. Solid Waste Generation Details. 2. The project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding installation of pollution control devices to control the water pollution as well as air pollution. 3. The project proponent has not submitted permission regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent alongwith aks sajra. Moreover, present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. 4. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding installation of Mechanical composter. 5. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report of the pollution control devices / STP to be installed. 6. The project proponent has submitted the built area @ 9283.52. However, the project proponent has submitted the application under orange category (2021-Building and construction project more than 20,000 sq. m built up area and having waste water generation less than 100 KLD) and scale of the industry as Medium scale.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Thereafter, the project proponent raised clarification to clarify regarding the same within 03 days. The project proponent failed to submit the reply to the clarification till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">As such, the application be returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same complete in all respects.</p> |
