| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. Earlier, the industry had submitted a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 50,000/-, which was expired on 17.09.2020. The industry was requested in previous application to submit the extended Bank Guarantee, however, till date same is not submitted in this office.
2. The last consent of the industry has been expired on 11.05.2022. The industry is required to deposit the adequate consent fee and NOC as informed today in office.
You are requested to submit the reply of above clarification within 03 days , positively. |
