<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved it is recommended that </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for short period as approved by the Competent Authority in such cases for the discharge of trade effluent & domestic effluent @ 180 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD at existing machinery subject to the condition that:-</span></p>
