| Clarification Note: |
1. As per the record file, the industry has lastly applied for obtaining NOC expansion in which it wanted to install CCM plant and rolling mill alongwith induction furnace, which was returned. The industry is required to intimate the status of installation the same and if has installed then varied consents need to be applied and if not, then NOC expansion again needs to be applied.
2. The industry was given personal hearing before Chairman of the Board on 05/01/2023 wherein it was decided that Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 2.5 lacs be imposed upon the industry and the industry shall deposit the same within a week at RO, Fatehgarh Sahib.
3. The industry has not deposited consent fee for 5 years as per the policy of the Board.
