<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has applied for obtaining the 'consent to establish' (NOC) of the Board for establishment of the Stone Crushing unit for dry crushed bajri @ 10000 CFT/day from Raw Stone @ 10000 CFT/day and the site is falling in the revenue estate of Village Naushera, Simbli, P.O Sariana, Mukerian, Distt.Hoshiarpur. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted the project report of CA for proposed value of fixed assets of 70.00 Lacs. The unit has deposited the 'consent to establish' (NOC) fee of Rs. 4100/- vide R.no. N013232290142750 dated 13.01.2023 alongwith form fee of Rs. 500/-. The fee is adequate for one year. The unit has submitted the following documents: 1. Authority letter dated 14.08.2020. 2. Site and location plan 4. Partnership deed dated 07.07.2020. 5. The unit has also submitted the following NOCs/ Reports of concerned authorities as under; 1. Report is SDM, Mukerian issued vide no. 1165/MC dated 17.11.2021 regarding distance of proposed site of the unit from various parameters. 2. The NOC of the DTP, Hoshiarpur issued vide memo no. 20 DTP(H) CLU-I dated 06.01.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Accordingly, the proposed site of the unit was visited by the undersigned alongwith EE of this office on 18.01.2023 and contacted Sh. Sukhjeet Singh, Representative of the unit who was present there. The representative of the industry has informed that they<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>have proposed to install 01 No. Jaw, 02 No. Granulators, 05 No. Rotopactors, 03 no. Vibrators and 01 no. DG Set of capacity 500 KVA with canopy. During visit, it was observed as under; 1. The proposed site as shown by the representative of the unit. 2. No construction work started by the project proponent at site. 3. From the report of SDM and NOCs of DTP, it is clear that the unit is complying with the siting criteria as laid down by the Board for such units. In view of above, if approved, the unit may be granted 'consent to establish' (NOC) of the Board for one year alongwith suitable conditions and with special condition that </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">3) The project proponent shall comply all the guidelines issued by the CPCB/PPCB</span></p>
