E- 87296 dated 29.09.2021.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Thereafter, the project proponent was issued notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 as amended in 1988 with request to submit the reply within 15-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 6031-32 dated 26/10/2021. The project proponent has neither submitted any reply to the above showcause notice nor applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Thereafter, the project proponent applied for fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and same was processed through OCMMS.</span></p>

CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/18876411 dated 25.06.2022 which was valid upto 24.12.2022 subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>

No. 558365833 dated 13.05.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The industry needs to submit balance fee. The project proponent also deposited Rs. 9500/- vide UTR. No. SBIN522153907203 dated 02.06.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
