<p>Action as recommended by SEE, ZO-I. Ludhiana is recommended for approval please. Subject to following conditions. </p>
<p>1) That the industry shall not commission the expansion part till the PPCB issues necessary orders for the availability of treatment capacity at the CETP of electroplating Focal Point, Phase-VIII, Ludhiana. </p>
<p>2) A letter be written to the operator of CETP to take necessary permission from the PPCB to whether allow to issue new agrements for the expansion of industries where there is increase in the waste water generation viz-a-viz the avaible capacity of treatment at the CETP. </p> |
