It is intimated that The industry has installed a sand blasting machine provided dust collector and stack of inadequate height. The industry has installed a DG set of 125 KVA with a canopy and adequate stack height. As per agenda note , RO has also reported that PP is compying the provision with Air Act,1981 .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved ‘consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981be granted uoto 30/6/27 with special as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry and verify compliance with the environmental law if found any violation and send the report along with recommendations, please.</span></p>
