<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is intimated that PP has already obtained CTE for Flat 486, thereafter, it was granted CTO under the Air for 218 Flat. Now P.P has applied renewal of CTO under the Air Act, 1981. R.O has reported that P.P has installed one DG set of capacity 200 KVA with canopy alongwith adequate stack height and P.P is complying with provisions of the Air Act, 1981 as well as provisions of EIA notification dated 14//9/2006. However, it has not installed a mechanical composter.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">If approved, CTO may be renewed upto 30/11/2023 with special condition that (1) P.P shall install mechanical composter within three months and submit the report in the O/o Environmental Engineer, RO, SAS Nagar. (2) The project proponent shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission is being generated from the construction activities of the project. (3) E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocol framed by the Board and to verify compliance with other Environment Laws accordingly, if found in violations, report immediately.</p>
