CTOA/Fresh/ASR/2018/7227594 dated 20/03/2018 and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/ASR/2018/7227594 dated 20/03/2018, which were valid up to 30/09/2022. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the hospital has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with Compliance of the previous granted Consents, Bed Capacity Certificate, Lease Deed, Layout Plans. The hospital has submitted a undertaking which it is mentioning that the pre-treatment plant has already been installed by the HCF and the HCF will install STP within 01 year. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><a name="_Hlk86673810"></a>The hospital has deposited Rs. 10,000/- vide UTR No. BKIDN223056334905 dated 01/11/2022 as Consent fee under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 10,500/- (including Rs. 500/- as application form fee) vide UTR No. BKIDN22305634089 dated 01/11/2022 as Consent Fee under Water Act, 1974), which is adequate up to 30/09/2027.</span></p>

CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is further intimated that the hospital is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The hospital is having bed capacity of 40 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 30/09/2027 subject to usual conditions and along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
