The industry was visited by the AEE of Regional Office on </span></span><strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">25/05/2022</span></strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> and observed that the industry was in operation. The industry has provided 7 no. reaction-cum-mixing vessels of sizes 5 Kl, 2 x 2.5 Kl, 3 x 2 Kl and 1 Kl. Minimum and maximum time of mixing is 2- 5 hours/batch. The representative of the industry informed that in these vessels textile auxiliaries like softners, silicon, surfactants and neutralizer shall be prepared. </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">To washing / CIP of the vessels is be done and the effluent generated shall be taken to ETP located at the backside of the unit. The site of the industry falls under industrial zone as per notified Master Plan of Khanna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has provided one no. HSD fired Thermopack of 1 lakh Kcal with stack of height 3 meter above roof level. The industry will generate & discharge trade effluent qty 0.5 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment of ETP of capacity 2 KLD and domestic effluent 0.35 KLD onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of the facts mentioned above and recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted <strong>upto 30/09/2030</strong> subject to suitable conditions and following specific conditions:</span></p>
