<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note attched by AEE. In addition to that, AEE has confirmed that Rotary valve has also been installed beow APCD for collection of APCD dust.</p>
<p>It is recommended that validity of 'consent to operate' granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be renewed upto 30/09/2028, with suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
