<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -36.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of its existing consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents i.e. yearwise CA certificate regarding gross block value of fixed assets for Rs. 49.25 lac, Compliance report, detail of machinery installed/replaced during the period. The industry has increased plant & machinery value as per CA certificate from Rs. 6.31 lac to Rs. 37.45 lac. The industry has submitted an undertaking regarding addition of machinery/ replacement that there is<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>no increase in production capacity and they have installed/replaced machinery for improvement the quality of its product only. The industry has deposited consent fee for Rs. 12964/- vide receipt no. 160986309 dated 17.12.2022 ( Rs. 10264/- under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 2200/- as NOC regularization fee on its increased fixed assets as per latest CA certificate & Rs. 500/- application form fee) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>& Rs. 10264/- vide receipt No. 980613790 dated 17.12.2022 as consent fee under<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Air Act, 1981. The industry has deposited balance consent fee Rs. 3540/- vide R.No. 80342474 dated 16.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 3540/- vide R.No. 627861238 dated 16.01.2023<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Air Act, 1981 under green category. Consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.08.2023.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.08.2023 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board & with special condition that the industry shall shift its industrial unit in designated industrial area/zone in compliance of sitting guidelines of notified Master Plan, Ludhiana , please. </span></p>
