Thus, the industry is not having adequate planation area to handle its TTE in rainy season. Though the industry has given a letter stating that they will develop the land in 0.5 acres area as per karnal technology for disposal of TTE in rainy season. As such, it is proposed that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be curtailed to 30.06.2023 with suitable conditions. </span></p> |
