The project proponent as further submitted that land area of bearing khasra no. 22//20, 28, 26, 19, 11, 12/1 will be used as plantation area for discharge of treated effluent. </span></p>

No. N343222242328187 dated 09/12/2022 as application form fee, adequate for a period upto one year. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>granted to the project proponent for operation of commercial outlet and food court subject to the suitable conditions and specific as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent shall comply with the all conditions of change of land use granted to it and shall obtain the permission of irrigation department regarding the “Khaal” passing through the site before commencement of operation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent shall obtain approved building plan from MC Jandiala Guru before starting its operation. </span></p>
