<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations given by EE,RO.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is intimated that the institute was granted CTO under the Air Act, 1981, valid upto 31/12/2022 for Operation of Academic Block 1 to 5, One Hostel Building block and sports complex to serve 5000 day scholar and 600 hosteller students, only, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein. R.O reported that the the institute has installed two of DG of capacity 500 KVA each equipped with canopy and stack of adequate heights. Further, it is intimated that RO has mentioned in Agenda Note at Sr. no. 10 (i), the industry is complying with the provisions of the Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">If approved, CTO may be renewed upto 30/6/2023 with special conditions that (1) P.P shall install mechanical composter within a period of two months and submit the report in the O/o Environmental Engineer, RO, SAS Nagar. (2) The project proponent shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission is being generated from the construction activities of the project. (3) E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocol framed by the Board and to verify compliance with other Environment Laws accordingly, if found in violations, report immediately.</p>
