<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">the hotel was granted Consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for the total effluent discharge @ 40 KLD i.e 20 KLD for sewer and 20 KLD for plantation. Whereas now, industry has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 for discharge of domestic effluent @ 50 KLD for plantation only.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Moreover, the building plan attached is not clear or readable & does not specify the plantation area.</span></p>
