It is submitted that the industry is engaged in manufacturing of Lead Recycling units @ 12 units/ year, which are made of M.S. steel only and no lead / any hazardous material is used in manufacturing. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">A.</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">First time ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for period upto 31.12.2026 for manufacturing of STP plants @ 20 units/ year, APCD @ 12 units/ year & Lead Recycling units @ 12 units/ year subject to suitable conditions along with following special conditions that</span></p>
