CTOW/Renewal/LDHKH/2021/14145483 dated 14/01/2021 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDHKH/2021/14145384 dated 14/01/2021 both valid upto 30/09/2024 for manufacturing of Plastic Granules @ 1.5 MTD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Thereafter, the industry was given personal hearing for revocation /cancellation of 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 on 22.12.2022, wherein, it was decided as under:</span></p>
