<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit the reply within 15-days has been issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 450-51 dated 20/1/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>. <strong>It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent and send the receipt of the same to this office. It is also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t notice as well as give comments on whether teh projec proponent is complying with teh special conditions imposed in the NOC granted to it or not and </strong></span><strong>send fresh recommendations accordingly to enable this office to decide the application.</strong></p> |
