If approved ‘consent to operate’ under the Air Act 1981 may be granted up to 31.03.2024 with a special condition imposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to send further recommendations through an e-note, if the industry failed to obtain authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 of the Board within 15 days.</p>
