<p class="MsoNormal">The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for operation of brick kiln with induced draught zig-zag technology, for manufacturing of brick and tiles @ 30,000 nos./day, under the Voluntarily Disclosure scheme of the Board. Details of the case are as under:</p>

PSCST/1215/01 from M/s PSCST regarding induced draft zig-zag technology to be adopted by the kiln along with provisional certificate dated 12.02.2019, wherein it has been mentioned that amendments of spacing of flues is required to be done and after this completion certificate will be issued.</p>

Further, it is recommended that short term consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the brick kiln for production of bricks & tiles @ 30000 nos./day using induced draft zig-zag technology for a short period (category-I) up to 30.09.2023 (completion certificate has not been obtained yet) subject to the conditions as under:</span></p>
