<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the industry is found complying with the conditions of the consent to establish (NOC) granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The process of the industry falls in Red category in small scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with The Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that t</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">he consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">granted to the industry up to 30/06/2027 with usual terms & conditions as per the policy of the Board along with special conditions that:-</span></span></p>
