Also, the lease deed was executed between M/s Dwarikadhish Spinners Ltd and M/s Vasinev Nextex Pvt. Ltd. on 02.09.2021 for leasing out &amp; operating its unit by the latter party at the existing unit of the former party. Also, the RO has reported that the domestic effluent passed through 2 no. septic tanks is being utilized onto land for plantation but no comment regarding the adequacy of the plantation area to take up this effluent load has been given.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 72.0pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">The RO has not mentioned regarding the status of recirculation system provided with the Humidification Plant (if any). Also, entire recirculation of the wastewater from the humidification plant is practically not viable and the industry shall discharge purge water/ bleed of water from the humidification plant after an interval of time.
