Ltd. and applied for ‘consent to operate’ for the unit for manufacturing of 100% Polyestor /Cotton @ 14.6 MTD by using polyester/ cotton @ 14.6 MTD as raw material. If so, the unit is required to submit site suitability documents for the additional land area and revised building plan got approved from the Director of Factories, Punjab or Competent Person approved by the Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>

Also, the lease deed was executed between M/s Dwarikadhish Spinners Ltd and M/s Vasinev Nextex Pvt. Ltd. on 02.09.2021 for leasing out & operating its unit by the latter party at the existing unit of the former party. Therefore, the adequacy of the consent fees & penalty fees deposited by the unit needs to be reassessed.</span></p>

Also, the RO has reported that the domestic effluent passed through 2 no. septic tanks is being utilized onto land for plantation but no comment regarding the adequacy of the plantation area to take up this effluent load has been given.</span></p>

Also, entire recirculation of the wastewater from the humidification plant is practically not viable and the industry shall discharge purge water/ bleed of water from the humidification plant after an interval of time. Therefore, it is required to clarify regarding the quantity of purge water and regarding its treatment & disposal arrangements. </span></p>
