| Clarification Note: |
Earlier, the consent to establish (NOC) application submitted by the project proponent scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled complete application i.e. PART-A: GENERAL INFORMATION serial no. 19. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. brief project report.
2. The supporting document submitted by the project proponent is contradictory to each other i.e. flow chart and feasibility report.
3. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not satisfactory i.e. doesn’t cover /clarify about all the aspects from pollution angle. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding installation of Mechanical Composter alongwith capacity.
4. The project proponent has submitted the land area agreement with the land owner however, needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
Thereafter, same was returned through OCMMS being incomplete.
Now, the project proponent again applied for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and same has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled complete application i.e. PART-A: GENERAL INFORMATION serial no. 19. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. brief project report.
2. The supporting document submitted by the project proponent is contradictory to each other i.e. flow chart and feasibility report.
3. The fee deposited by the project proponent is not proper. However, the project proponent has not submitted any detail regarding date of start of construction of project.
4. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not satisfactory i.e. doesn’t cover /clarify about all the aspects from pollution angle. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding installation of Mechanical Composter alongwith capacity.
5. The project proponent has submitted the land area agreement with the land owner. However, the project proponent has not submitted aks sajra plan of the same regarding distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
6. The project proponent has not earmarked location of the STP in approved site plan.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
