<p>3. The industry has submitted SSI certificate as proof of date of commissioning and has submitted consent fees valid upto 30.6.2027.</p>
<p>4. The industry has submitted certificate issued by ATP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 53 dated 26.06.2020 mentioning that the industry falls in medium and heavy industrial zone as per Master Plan, 2007-31).</p>
<p>5. The industry has submitted building plan from a Competent Person / architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab</p>
