Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. </span></p>

The industry has deposited Rs. 7500/- vide UTR No. AXSK230170017173 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 17.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 7500/- vide UTR No. AXSK230190019305 dated 19.01.2023. The institute has deposited Rs. 90,000/- vide UTR No. AXSK223400021708 dated 06.12.2022 under both the Acts. Consent fee deposited by the institute is adequate for a period upto 30.09.2027 under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, after imposing penalty.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">Further, it is intimated that the institute will be visited during tour to that area within two months to check the compliance under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and report will be submitted accordingly. </span></p>
