Now, the institute has submitted certificate from the Chartered Accountant as on 31.03.2022 with total gross fixed assets of the institute as Rs. 223.37 lakhs. Accordingly, the institute is required to submit year wise value of gross fixed assets. </span></p>

After considering year wise gross block of fixed assets certificate, imposing penalty of 25 % of one year consent to operate fee and adjudging earlier fee deposited by the institute, the adequacy of consent to operate fee under both the Acts is 30.06.2026. The institute has also deposited NOC Regularization for the increase of fixed assets.</span></p>
