Jaswinder Singh. Further, it has also attached partnership-cum-dissolution deed executed on 18.11.2022 between Sh. Sanjeev Kumar and Sh. Sunil Kumar as new partners of the unit and Sh. Jaswinder Singh, and Sh. Yadvinder Kumar Jindal were the retiring partners of the unit. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has submitted the CA certificate wherein the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 16.12.2022 is of Rs. 17.80 Lakhs with the value of plant and machinery of Rs. 7.85 lakhs. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As per the record file, the unit has deposited Rs. 9,000/- vide UTR. No. N171222005720351 dated 20.06.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 9,000/- vide UTR. No. N171222005731401 dated 20.06.2022 under the Air Act, 1981. As such, the fee is now adequate upto 30.09.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">It is added here that as per record file the unit has already submitted Rs. 7316/- vide R. No. 20/5324 dated 28.06.2022, as advance fee w.r.t the stack emission samples and has requested to conduct the sampling through the Board, which shall be conducted shortly.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Further, the unit has submitted the slips of obtaining raw material from <br />HP, verified by O/o Executive Engineer-cum-District Mining, Drainage cum Mining Division, Sri Anandpur Sahib dated 08.12.2022 regarding obtaining raw material from Himachal Pradesh through check post Khera Kalmot<strong>.</strong></span></p>
