<p style="text-align: justify;">As explained in the agenda note, <span style="color: #2b4973; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">it is recommended that t</span><span style="color: #2b4973; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">he consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 30/06/2027 with usual terms & conditions as per the policy of the Board along with special conditions that:-</span></p>
