CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/18878171 dated 04/07/2022, which is valid upto 31/03/2023 for Cancer Hospital for 300 beds capacity, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The HCF was earlier granted partial consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/17807479 dated 03/03/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/17780635 dated 03/03/2022 both were valid upto 31/12/2022 for Cancer Hospital having 100 beds, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Now, the hospital has again applied for obtaining renewal of partial consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of 100 beds along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 20500/- vide UTR. ICMS221223001JZV dated 23/12/2022. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for 1 year as per Boards notification no. 299 dated 01.07.2016 against bed capacity of 100 beds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The HCF has submitted its effluent sample (STP of 30KLD) got analyzed and prepared by M/s GGGC Laboratory, Mohali dated 01/10/2022, and various parameters were found within the permissible limit, which is reproduced as under:</span></p>

SEIAA/2017/298 dated 24.04.2017 for establishment of Hospital namely “Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre” to be developed by M/s TATA Memorial Centre, TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in an area of 202343 sqm having built up area 43000 sqm.</span></p>
