File Note: <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">It is intimated that the project proponent has applied for consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for setup a marriage palace. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent has submitted project report, partnership deed, and feasibility report of STP.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The project proponent has deposited Rs. 11300/- vide UTR No. 878180041 dated 26.12.2022 as NOC fee along with application form fee.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The site was visited by AEE of this office on 20.01.2023 and observed that the site is located in Village Tuto Mazara, Tehsil Garhshankar, Distt. Hoshiarpur. The site of the marriage palace was earlier having petrol pump at the said location, which has now been dismantled.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The site is surrounded by agricultural fields and is situated on the Garhshankar &ndash; Hoshiarpur in the revenue estate of Vill. Tuto Mazara. There is no residential area (15 pucca houses) as observed within the 100 m. radius of the site. However, there is one no. school situated at around 120 m. from the site, however, the unit has been granted CLU for its operation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The marriage palace has submitted CLU of land vide no. 2065 CTP(PB)/BC-13 dated 02.05.2022 of area 1.6035 Acres and as per CLU the built up area of marriage palace is 1047.1 Sq.mtr. The marriage palace has proposed to install Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 15 KLD for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from its premises. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>The treated domestic effluent will be discharged onto lawns and gardens within the premises. The STP consists of Oil &amp; Grease Trap, Aeration Tank, Secondary Clarifier, Filters and Activated Carbon Filters. The treated effluent of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The unit has proposed install one no. DG Set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for the establishment of a marriage palace with usual terms and conditions please.</span></p>
