Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted proof of its date of commissioning.
2) The industry has not submitted land documents i.e. registered sale deed, jamabandi etc.
3) The industry has not submitted its manufacturing process.
4) The industry has not submitted site plan / location plan
5) The industry is required to submit undertaking regarding use of fresh plastic granules as raw material.
Kindly submit the above said documents, within 02 days.
