CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2020/12516812 respectively, both are valid upto 30.09.2024 for the production of various products with certain conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied online for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) for expansion of the unit under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for production of from various raw material and products as per application form no 20581276.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has submitted a classification of land use issued by DTP, SAS Nagar vide letter no. 844 dated 09.09.2021, wherein it has mentioned that Khasra no. 4//10(4-0), 11/1(3-11), 20(1-10), 5//5 (4-0), 6 (4-0), 7(4-0), 14/1 (2-1), 14/3(0-14), 15(4-0) and 16(4-7) village Jawaharpur falls under existing industrial zone of Master Plan, Derabassi. The industry has proposed to carry out expansion in its existing plot area of 6.827 acres and has not proposed to add any new land for expansion purpose. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">As such the site of unit is suitable for expansion of the unit.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%;">It is worth to mention here that the industry was earlier granted ‘consent to establish’ NOC for Modernization under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Mod/SAS/2021/14147545 dated 21.01.2021 having validity upto 20.01.2022. the industry has now mentioned in its covering letter that the work for CTE Modernization involved construction of raw material storage shed only and the same has already been completed and commissioned at the site in January, 2022. The industry has also submitted a copy of the building plan approved by the Director of Factories, Punjab vide no. DOF220473990 dated 03.04.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;">Visit:</span></u></strong></p>
