<p>Please comment/attach the following within one day:-</p>
<p>1. Whether any action against the brick kiln is pending u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 or u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 OR any directions have been issued under the said section of the Act.</p>
<p>2. Please attach the undertaking duly attested by C.A. to be given by the brick kiln as per minutes of meeting taken by Chairman with the brick kiln association, Punjab on 27.02.2020.</p>
<p>3. Generate agenda note for the application, clearly mentioning the competency to decide the application.</p> |
