<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Earlier the Hot mix plant was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH1/2022/19043800 dated 27.07.2022 valid upto 26.01.2023 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2022/20334060 dated 23.11.2022 valid upto 22.05.2023 with conditions mentioned therein. The electric connection was also restored upto 22.05.2023 vide no. 5217-20 dated 24.11.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hot mix plant has now applied for obtaining renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The fee deposited by the hot mix plant is adequate upto 31.12.2032. The host mix plant filled online application form, uploaded latest CA certificate, compliance of earlier granted consent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The plant was visited by officer of the Board on 24-01-2023 & following observations were made;-</span></p>

The plantation was carried out in 3 rows in 3 sides and in one side, it was under progress.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The applicant has provided stacks with the bitumen storage/heating tanks of 15 ft height (AGL).</span></p>
