CTOW/Renewal/LDHKH/2019/9587692 dated 08/05/2019 and the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDHKH/2019/9587668 dated 08/05/2019, both valid upto 30/09/2023 for processing of Paddy @ 6 T/Hour to produce Raw Rice @ 4 T/Hour (without drier).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents through OCMMS. The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 6300/- vide UTR no. AXIC223492672384 dated 15/12/2022 & Rs. 2900/- vide e-R no. 471397575 dated 23/01/2023 as Water consent fee and Rs. 5800/- vide UTR no. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>AXIC223492671196 dated 15/12/2022 & Rs. 2900/- vide e-R no. 537644287 dated 23/01/2023 as Air consent fee against the fixed assets of <strong>Rs. 43.87 Lacs</strong> as on 30/11/2022 as per CA Certificate dated 14/12/2022. The consent fee is adequate <strong>upto 30/09/2026</strong> as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018. There in no addition in any fixed assets as per CA certificate submitted by the industry. </span></span></p>

Therefore, the industry can operate its unit only up to year Nov, 2026 (15 years after the Master Plan is notified).</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">As per Board’s Office Order no. 21 dated 8/6/2018, be operative part of the said order is reproduced as under:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">“The matter has been considered and it has been decided that the existing industrial units/ establishments, which were established before the notification of the Master Plan of the respective cities shall be allowed consents/ extensions under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under the provisions of HWM Rules, 2016 for a period of 15-year from the date of notification of Master Plan after taking concrete documents proof regarding the date of commissioning of such units. No separate approval from local bodies/ other authorities is required to be obtained”</span></em></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Moreover, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></span></p>

However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries."</span></strong></span></p>

SEE(HQ)/F. No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 and to provide ease of doing business to the entrepreneurs, the Board in its 185th meeting held on 07.01.2021 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries / projects, without inspection / physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such application(s) subject to the certain stipulations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bookmark: _GoBack;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Keeping above in view, if approved, the consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1984 may be renewed <strong>upto 30/09/2026</strong> for processing of Paddy @ 6.0 T/hour to produce Raw Rice @ 4 T/hour <strong>(without drier)</strong> with usual conditions (auto generated) alongwith the following special conditions as under:</span></span></p>
