<p class="MsoNormal">To check the compliance, the agency was visited by undersigned (AEE) on 17.01.2023 and it was observed as under:-</p>

The representative was guided to maintain record regarding consumption of chemicals also.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The agency has provided adequate hazardous waste storage room with lock & key arrangements.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The agency has provided environmental data display board at main entry of the premises.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The agency is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974, the Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 please.</p> |
