Based on the violations reported by officers of this office during the visit on 08.08.2022, the electric connection of the industry was disconnected. after compliance with the same, short-term consent under the Water Act, 1974 was granted and the electric connection was also restored for six months. During the visit to the industry on 23.01.2023 it was found that the industry was in operatio and ETP was also in operation, samples were collected from outlet of ETP and sent to lab for analysis and results are awaited. </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry has started maintaining the record of ETP.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21pt; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">2. The industry is compying with provisions of </span><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-indent: -21pt;">Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as with the emission standards.</span></p>
