It is intimated that the application has been scrutinized and found that allotment letter given by the department of PSIEC, Chandigarh on the name of Sh. Sita Ram Mittal s/o Sh. Parhlad Mittal in which it was mentioned that this plot no. E-70 has been allotted for manufacturing of electrical domestic appliances, however, your this application is to setup a new industrial unit for processing of e-waste for resource recovery, which needs clarification. It is therefore requested to submit reply of the observation within 2 days to proceed further in the matter. |
