<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The industry is required to submit CA certificate with value of each head (i.e. land, building, plant & machinery and others if any), separately. 2. The industry has not submitted compliance report of consent conditions. 3. As per water consent, the trade effluent was being discharged onto for plantation after treatment in ETP. Now, it has mentioned in the application form that trade effluent will re-circulated.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Accordingly, a clarification was raised on 08.01.2023 with request to submit reply to the above said observations. However, the industry failed to submit any reply till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved, application of the industry may be returned please.</p> |
