<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that CA certificate submitted by the industry, showing that the land & building has been transferred to parental firm M/s Shubham Power Pack Products. Whereas, the industry had earlier applied renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with PPCB ID no. R20MOG757022 on 08.01.2021, where it has submitted CA certificate showing value of land & building of Rs. 5.10 lac.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Accordingly, a clarification was raised on 11.01.2023 with request to submit reply to the above said observations. However, the industry failed to submit any reply till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved, application of the industry may be returned please.</p> |
