PPCB Office memo no. SEE(HQ-2)/F.no.86/2022/394 dated 21.11.2022 .</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>submit undertaking to the fact that it have never obtained consent to operate of the Board and have never availed relaxation in consent fees under the earlier VDS schemes of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">However, the industry has failed to submit any reply in this regard till date.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with request to reapply the application after completing in all respects.</p>
