The industry is required to submit certificate from circle revenue officer/Tehsildar to the effect that there is no village Lal Lakir/ Phirni, MC limit and 15 pucca residential houses within periphery of 100m of industry and wild life sanctuary/zoo within periphery of 500m of industry. 2. The industry is required to submit application under category no. 3026. If approved, application of the industry maybe returned due to said observations and requested to resubmit the application after complying with said observations.</span></p> |
