<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by undersigned on 17.01.2023 and observed that the industry has started upgrading its ETP and has closed well type borewell in its labour quarters. The industry was in process of removing second borewell and was levelling vacant land for plantation of eucalyptus trees. This office has taken up the matter with PSPCL Authorities regarding disconnection of the power supply. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping the above in view, the present application may be returned and the industry may be asked to apply it again after making necessary compliance. </span></p> |
