<p>In continuation to the note dated 23.01.2023 of AEE, it is added that the industry has installed and commissioned its ETP before the commencement of CETP, Chanalon and order dated 30.09.2022 for demaraction of areas of CETPs JBR Tech. and Bantech Pvt. Ltd.. </p>
<p>Therefore, it is recommended for grant of CTOs to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for short period (i.e. up to 31.03.2024) with conditions as proposed by EE, ZP-I vide note dated 06.01.2023.</p> |
